How far in advance should I book my event?
Booking your event ideally 6 months to 1 year in advance allows us to create a truly memorable experience tailored just for you. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable! If you're planning something last minute, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to check availability and make your event shine, no matter the timeline. Let’s make some magic happen!

Can you help with event setup and takedown?
Yes, we are a full-service event design and rental studio! Once you book our design and rental services, we take care of everything for you. If you’re considering rentals only, we can still handle drop-off and setup for an additional fee. Your event’s success is our top priority!

How much do your services cost?
Our pricing structure is designed to offer flexibility based on the services you need. For rental-only options, you will pay the cost of the items along with a delivery fee. In addition, we apply a 10% incidental charge to cover any unexpected costs that may arise. This ensures that you get the best experience without any hidden surprises!

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes plans change! Here’s our cancellation policy to keep things clear and breezy:
Cancellations made within 30 days: Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund, however the balance can be applied to future events.
Cancellations made within 60 days: We’ll happily refund 50% of your payment.
Cancellations made within 90 days: You’ll receive a generous 75% refund!
Cancellations made within 120 days: You’ll receive a 100% refund!

Do you require a deposit?
We require a 50% deposit once your booking is confirmed and contracts are signed. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. This ensures that everything is in place for your special day!

We accept various payment methods to make the process as smooth as possible for you! Our payment options include ACH payments, debit and credit cards, Affirm for flexible financing, and cashier's checks. Choose the method that works best for you, and let’s get your event planning started!
